This 3 hour workshop is for you if you are new to Meditation and also if you want some reliable tools to further your Meditation practice so as to find the peace and joy that is your natural state. You will learn tools to help you can find focus, clarity and insight. It is a distillation of many years of practicing and teaching meditation, and from the content of my book ‘Yoga Off the Mat – Freedom in Everyday Life’. We explore practices to quiet the busy mind such as mindfulness, mantra, breathing, movement and much more. You can benefit from the practices right away, and you won’t regret attending this workshop.

Sarasvati is the founder and former owner of Waverley Yoga Studio and has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for 17 years. This course is distilled from years of practice and from the content of her book. Sarasvati is a Senior Member of Yoga Australia and recognised by Meditation Australia as a teacher of therapeutic, personal development and spiritual meditation (these are the peak bodies in Australia for Yoga and Meditation teachers).
