SACRED ANCESTRAL HEALING WORKSHOP
A sacred space to reconnect with the wisdom of your ancestors and the deeper roots of who you are.
Through yoga, breath, meditation and ritual, we explore how our bodies carry ancestral memories and how awareness can transform inherited patterns.

One day retreats
A one day retreat at my home studio in Mordialloc includes:
