Revive, Renew, Restore Yoga Retreat

Samahita Retreat Centre, Koh Samui, Thailand
Saturday June 20 – Saturday June 27, 2020

Samahita Retreat Centre on Koh Samui

Let’s leave the rest of the world behind us and spend a week in sun-drenched Koh Samui renewing and reviving ourselves for the rest of the year! A perfect mid-year break to destress, recharge and bliss out. Sarasvati and Danni will lead you through vibrant and awakening Yoga in the morning, and a slow and rejuvenating practice in the late afternoon. These two experienced Yogis will also invite you to explore the ways that Yoga goes beyond the mat and reaches into our thoughts and feelings, our daily lives. And there will be plenty of time left to explore the activities at Samahita, or simply soak in the sun on the serene Koh Samui beaches.

Join us for 8 days of tropical beaches, healing food and relaxed pace. Take some time out to recharge, and join Sarasvati and Danni for an immersive practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. For while a tropical getaway can be relaxing, yoga and meditation also lead us to a profound sense of ease. Yoga and meditation help us find our holdfasts, our roots to the universe that don’t so much nourish us as hold us steady and ground us against the tides and eddies of our ever-changing lives.

With a twice daily yoga and meditation practice, which you can take at your own pace and level, you will cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and calm, to carry back with you when the retreat has ended. And there is plenty of time left to explore the activities at Samahita, or simply soak in the sun on the serene Koh Samui beaches. A perfect mid-year break to find the innate stillness and serenity of your unchanging Self – and to simply chill.
