The One Day Retreats at my home studio in Mordialloc are a day for yourself where you ease out of busyness and into your peaceful and insightful nature. Included in the day are yoga practice, meditation (both still and moving), journalling, beach walking, delicious and nutritious lunch and snacks, mindfulness, breathing practices, philosophy chat woven throughout and more. Perfect if you want to de-stress and also to dive a little deeper into your practice.
